The staff and the owner were really kind. I had a reasonably large room by the water. - Everything was awesome. - I had great food for breakfast.

Everything was perfect here - superfriendly staff and beautifully decorated rooms. Amazing views of sea and savoury breakfasts with various products with great juice.

It was a wonderful hotel in a residential area, short walk to restaurants and the water front, the airport and attractions and the sea is more brilliantly turquoise than elsewhere on the island. The breakfast had a wide range of options, including coffee, tea, bread, and eggs...

There seemed to be a lack of information provided about the pool, including how to operate the jacuzzi and concerns about the temperature of the water.

We were kinda surprised by the beautiful view from our room at Chillpill Guest House. The room overlooked Lion Mountain and the sea, and we could even see the swimming pool. The location in Mahebourg was perfect - within walking distance to restaurants, the waterfront, and the Monday market. The variety of room options at Chillpill Guest House was excellent, and the hospitality and support we received from Nate, Nathalie, and the entire crew made our Mauritius experience nice. I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable view, excellent communication, wonderful hospitality, and genuine Mauritius experience.
